We had a great stay at this quiet and secure apartment just a short walk from the center of town. It was well-equipped and had everything we needed. The entrance was very secure and we felt safe throughout our stay. The caretaker, Lilliam, was extremely helpful and took care of everything for us. it was one of the best places we have stayed in Nicaragua, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking to be near the center of town without the hassle.

Conveniently located just a short walk away from the main bar/restaurant strip, this property offers a quiet and secure stay. The well-equipped and clean studio apartment, along with the kitchen, provided all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. It was a pleasant surprise to find basic supplies like purified water, oil, salt, and coffee available. The private shaded patio added a nice touch, and the caretaker was welcoming. Plus, the option to use the AC, for a small fee, was worth it for extra comfort.

The apartment wasn't cleaned during our 6-day stay, but we didn't explicitly ask for it to be done either. the bathroom had a few issues like poor shower water pressure, no hot water, and a malfunctioning toilet tank.

I recently stayed at a fantastic accommodation in a great location. The apartment at Casa Amarilla was clean, well-appointed, and had thoughtful touches like a coffee maker and blender. It was conveniently located just a short walk from the downtown tourist strip. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, especially when I had transportation issues. They were patient and accommodating throughout my stay. it was one of the best places I have stayed in Nicaragua, and I highly recommend it.

It is right in the center of town, making it close to everything but still quiet for a good night's sleep. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with a small kitchen and a comfortable balcony area. The hosts are communicative and even arrange transportation for guests, ensuring a smooth stay.

The check-in process may be a bit complicated for those without a roaming plan, as there is no reception and you need to call the owner upon arrival.

The apartment at Apartamentos Casa Amarilla was spacious and well-equipped with a full-sized refrigerator and stove. The owner was very helpful throughout our stay, even giving us a ride to the bus terminal on our last day. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and we enjoyed the outside patio for entertaining guests.
